Very cute neat and clean place to stay. No issues what so ever. Well kept. We are germaphobs only saw a couple hair but otherwise it was very clean and comfortable, safe, and adorable.

It was secluded and quiet. Complimentary snacks and drinks! Neighbors were friendly. Property manager was very accommodating and a fast responder. There are no blackout curtains so light can shine in through the door and window but they would be a major improvement to the studio (if added). I wish there was a bigger discount on extended stays. I would book again.

Very clean and convenient

The apartment was small but spotless, very comfortable, and nicely decorated. The location was perfect for us as we were visiting family in Coral Terrace. The only downside was the challenging but manageable parking situation noted by other reviewers. Thank you for your hospitality!

Small, but cozy

We really enjoyed our stay here. Some people might think the space is too small, but I marveled at how many amenities the hostess was able to provide in the space and how efficiently she used it. It truly had everything we needed. She thoughtfully left snacks for us and allowed us to get in early instead of waiting four hours between the time of our hotel checkout to the time of our check in. The location was ideal for visiting our daughter and her fiancé, and we feel we were very lucky to get the apartment, given that the timing was over Spring Break. One word of caution: my husband and I are in our 60s and it was a little hard for him to get out of the bed because it was so low. But we highly recommend.

Great value!

Stayed on business instead of at Biltmore and got 4 nights for price of 1. Not luxurious but clean, cozy and as advertised. Bathroom a bit small and a couple more towels and hooks would be a nice addition but a pleasant stay overall.
