Laundry (washer & dryer) can be user for am additional fee of $30, please ask us about it in advance of your stay. ******************** Please note, in our neighborhood due to high humidity and damp soil it can happen you may see a roach or another bug every once in a while. We do not offer refund if that happens, because it’s normal around here. hosts up to 8 guests.
