Seeing a roach on the elevator was not pleasant, even if it was coming up from the parking garage. Curtains in the living room area do not allow for privacy or light control. What you see on the website is completely inaccurate in comparison to what you get on arrival. Clearly the website shows rendering/pictures from when the property opened. The reality is much much different! I see this as false advertisement! If you were getting what was shown on the website I would say the price was fair, but given what you do get on arrival, this property is over overpriced! The vent in my ceiling, leaked water, my iron exploded on me throwing hot water over my hands and clothes, ridiculous that there was no house cleaning provided, and you have to take your towels downstairs yourself to a room to exchange and get clean towels. Although there’s a full kitchen in the suites with a few dishes you do not see the things you would normally see in the property like this. For example, there’s no sponge or dish soap, and no paper towel. However, these items are conveniently available for you to purchase at the market in the lobby area. The pool and tennis court area clearly need Painting/renovation. Also, the construction noise in and around the hotel it’s made the stay uncomfortable.
