We arrived early, checked in our luggage, and were told we could use the amenities. However, we were not given a key card, which resulted in us being locked out of the building and having to call for assistance. The staff member then confirmed that she had forgotten to provide us with a key.Once we were able to access the room, it was very dirty. It appeared to have been quickly cleaned just to look presentable at first glance, but the more we looked around, the more noticeable the dirt became. We were only provided with three towels and two washcloths. One of the washcloths had to be used on the floor because the toilet was leaking. Maintenance did come to fix the issue, but when we went to the front desk around 5:00 PM to request additional towels, we were told housekeeping had already left and there was nothing they could do. We were told we would have to wait until the following morning… even though we were checking out then.That left four people with only two towels and two washcloths. After my grandmother pressed the issue, security was eventually able to locate two additional towels and washcloths for us.When we checked out the next morning, the front desk attendant appeared annoyed, barely looked up from her phone, and did not stand or acknowledge us in a welcoming manner. She came across as very unapproachable and made us feel like an inconvenience.Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I will not be staying at this facility again.
