「A general thumb's up for this property and those who tend it -- their service was good, friendly, and prompt when needed. The view is wonderful. Place is spotless and is an oasis of peace when compared to PV. Bus service into PV or Boca is frequent and close. The price is hard to beat, so one has to accept cooking on a single burner hot plate and microwave, and the distance involved in getting groceries. Walking on the highway may not be advisable after dark given lack of sidewalk. Many stairs...

「This is one of our favorite places we have ever stayed. We stayed in Casita 1 and the view was so beautiful. 103 steps from the beach to Casita but it was so worth the effort. The property is well taken care of and the room was so clean and well maintained. The outside shower was our favorite. We cannot wait to come back . Thank you for your hospitality! 」

「Great location within walking distance to everything you needed. Felt very safe. Was easy to use an Uber to get to anything that was outside of walking distance. Everyone seemed to know where the Pier 57 building was located which made it easy to navigation. Building was awesome and all the workers were very attentive. The bar personnel were phenomenal! 「I liked that it was convenient to bus airport beach etc. the beach access was a bit far to walk . Didn't like that we could not check in early and leave our bags at the front desk . We sat outside in the hot sun at the gate for an hour and 15 minutes.」

「The place was centrally located in Old Vallarta, just a few blocks from th ebeach.Amazing view of the bay as well as sunsets every night.The property itself was immaculate. As we travelled in the middle of summer, the swimming pool was pretty warm but still cooled you off.We had a vehicle and they provided us with a place to safely park it which was a plus.Easy access to shops and restaurants around the area as well as the "Malecon"I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay...
