「We were offered an upgrade to stay on the second floor which is the third floor if you are an American. Beware if you have large suitcases, as there are no elevators. We had to practically empty our suitcase to get the contents up the stairs. There is a washing machine/dryer combo in the community kitchen, but it takes hours to wash and dry your clothes. Don't plan on doing much laundry. We did enjoy the spaciousness of the apartment once we got settled. The location was quite convenient if you...

"スタッフの対応、部屋の設備や毎日のお掃除等ホテルらしいホテルで安心して過ごせました。 ただ、もう少し熱いシャワーが出ると嬉しかった。それから冷蔵庫があると良かった。 電気ポットあり。エレベーターまで3段段差がありましたが、スタッフが手伝ってくれました。 近くにモノプリがあります。会計を済ませたところに電子レンジがあるので、温めもできました。 "
