"We booked for 2 night, housekeeping didn't clean our room and we need new towels for shower. We called service dept 2 times, front desk and manager for helping to bring a new towels,We didn't get it. We come back at midnight. We found a bag of towels in front of our room. How good of service?."

"Kind of old place but still good, our room was facing a grave yard towards the mountains, not a great view and only one chair (we know must of the rooms have two) the bed too high and the mattress kind of hard, we just have bad luck, over all clean facilities, great pool and restaurants near by, ..."
