I’ve stayed in numerous places in CDMX and this was by far the best. Great location. Excellent accommodations. Super fast wifi. Extraordinary staff who went over and beyond helping me. Hotel is good looking, great location but in the hotel you can hear everybody. They didn’t tell me there was a group of about 20 teenagers with two adults and I finally had to complain at about midnight. Went for breakfast and they took all the space in the restaurant so I waited over two hours before I could have breakfast. It was a bad first night . Three more nights to go, hope it gets better!

Excellent small "hotel" in amazing location

I love that there is no sign on the outside so it looks just like another apartment building on the block, very safe and secure, the guys at the desk were so friendly and helpful, I needed a few things for my comfort and they brought them to me immediately and with a good helpful service attitude! (Eduardo!) I stayed in room 3 (a "Jr Suite") and although it was very hot in the city during the day (about 87F/30C), if you keep the drapes closed it stays nice and cool inside without AC. My room looked much better than the photos which appear kind of dated and grungy? The street is everything cool about Roma Norte, but you are right off of Insurgentes- a giant busy street and so you can hop on the bus or walk to anything convenient that you need. I will definitely come back to stay again next time I'm in the city!!! Loved it.

Great location, service, and bed!

The building is modest, but it's in a great location. The front desk staff is very kind and helpful. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable. The kitchenette was modern and very useful. Would recommend for those looking for a great jumping off point to explore CDMX.

Segunda vez que me hospedo por una larga temporada. No es lujoso como otros pero todo está en su sitio, espacio bastante grande y confortable, la cama muy cómoda, y sobretodo el servicio muy bueno. La limpieza y la atención de los recepcionistas impecable, te hacen sentir como en casa. El único pero sería el ruido y la luz. Se agradecería ventanas de doble cristal para amortiguar el ruido, ya que está al lado de Avenida Insurgentes y el ruido del tráfico es intenso.

Very nice apartment hotel in Condesa/Roma

The owners, Martha and Brian, has lots of helpful suggestions and recommendations, and even went out of their way to help us communicate with our Uber driver because our Spanish isn't great. The location is fantastic-close to lots of great restaurants and bars, with a grocery store just a 5 minute walk away. The room was very clean and nicely equipped. The bed was wider (although slightly shorter) than an American size Eastern King, so taller people may have to sleep sideways. We were very comfortable. One very minor suggestion--it would be nice to have sheer blinds for the windows. The room darkening curtains were great for sleeping, but during the day, the apartments across from us could see straight into our room, if the curtains were open. It would be nice to let in the wonderful light without sacrificing privacy. In any case, this did not take away from our enjoyment of the room, since we were gone most of the day. Overall, a wonderful place that we would be happy to stay in when we visit Mexico City next.
