4/10 Poor

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
The bed was extremely uncomfortable, too hard which made me leave with an extreme back ache. There were no Kleenex tissues available for everyday use. If your looking for somewhere Quiet this is not the place but definitely convincente location for lots of restaurants and bars. The staff was uptight and not approachable. The nicest lady was the cleaning lady.

My room very comfortable, clean and spacious. It was more like an apartment than a hotel room. Plumbing was excellent, with good water pressure and consistent hot water in the shower. Breakfast was very satisfying; only complaint was that the scrambled eggs had meat in them. It would have been nice to have a choice of plain scrambled eggs with no meat, or at least have that option. Thermostat worked well; once I set the temperature the room was most comfortable, not too hot or too cold. Next time I am in CDMX, I would definitely consider staying at this hotel.
