The actual space was great and location was amazing. But we were told that someone would contact me halfway through our stay to arrange a day that housekeeping would come by and that never happened. Come to find out that when we checked in, they never assigned a housekeeper to us. Second night we were there we asked for additional sheets and/or blankets and they told us they didn’t have any. Other than that the apartment was beautiful, I would definitely stay here again.

The property was really nice, the apartment outstanding and the staff was very friendly and accommodating, however, we had difficulty sleeping because the noise on the street. The property is located on the corner of two busy streets, and you could heard people talking at late hours of the night, and sirens and traffic that made it difficult to sleep. Everything else was great, walking distance to everything, very convenient.

The property is beautiful, clean, conveniently located and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I traveled with my family of 5 including a small child and we all loved our stay. The only thing is the noise at night and early in the morning but I personally don’t mind and it didn't stop us from sleeping well. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. Location of the property was excellent, a little noisy from the hussle and bustle of the city but overall good. We loved that it was walking distance from a lot of delicious eateries. Only issue we had was the cleanliness of the linen and towels. Linen was stained and towels didn’t smell fresh as they should have.

This was a great base for a weeklong stay in Roma Norte. Bedrooms were spacious however one of the 3 had an internal window. Staff were friendly and helpful. The dining room table was very unsteady/wobbly and one of the dining room chairs broke when .we sat on them. The sofa wasn’t very comfortable. Having did this the property worked for us and we would happily book again.

Great experience not only with the place but also with the staff and their great service and communication. I had an issue where I had to travel a day late and there were no issues with my family checking in and just updating them once i arrived. Great location to walk from and centrally located. Also very comfortable beds and had all the amenities even washer/dryer.

Our stay at Caliza was fantastic! The apartment was spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The receptionists were super friendly and went above and beyond by recommending dining options and nearby attractions. The location is perfect—just a short walk to excellent restaurants and convenient access to the metro and other transportation options. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area! 🌟

We had an incredible time with our family during our stay. The place was very chic, clean and the staff very welcoming and helpful. Loved that there’s multiple convenience stores downstairs and dining puestos selling, tacos, tortas caldo de gallina as well. There’s a metro entrance directly behind the building, couldn’t be more perfect. We plan to stay here in the near future again, definitely recommend!

Still new smell in the suite, nice for 4 adults but maybe to small for 6 due to only one bathroom and no bathroom in lobby. Excellent neighborhood great food options nearby. Perfect location. Walkable. Lots of grocery options. Clean and spacious rooms with fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and two nice big sofas in the lobby which can be used as beds. It is little noisy on Fri/ Sat night but it did not bother us too much as most of the time we were out. Direct phone call to the property never goes through but they responded very well to email and WhatsApp

Great location and very nice apartment. Has everything you need to stay in or go out. Include combo washer/dryer, filtered tap water suitable for drinking, smart tv if you want a qyiet night in. Bedding and towels were very nice and good quality. Internet is very fast. Lots of great $$$$ restaurants in the area and also fantastic $ street food vendors just outside. Mexico City is a noisy place and the updated windows do their best to keep the noisy city out, but the hotel offers ear plugs as well. No air conditioning, but crank the fans up at night will keep you cool.

The deluxe apartment at Caliza Roma was perfect for our group of 7! Clean, spacious and well designed! Loved the open living and kitchen area so we could all be together y t. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Relatively central location which made getting around pretty easy. It can be a bit noisy particularly at night but there are earplugs available on request. Another g thing to note is that there is no air conditioning (I believe this is fairly common with).
