Located ten minutes from Beaune, in the heart of Burgundy, the cottage offers groups (up to 15 people) a unique opportunity to meet.
Ideal for your family reunions, friendly reunions or professional seminars, the place benefits from all the advantages to offer you a break from serenity. Discreet luxury in a peaceful and green countryside.

Built more than two hundred years ago, the house and its outbuildings were originally a renovated wine estate with enhancement of the existing heritage. Burgundy stones provide warmth in winter and freshness in summer. The estate knew a thousand and one lives, before turning into a guest house.

The place will be entirely dedicated to you with kitchen, dining room, a large fireplace lounge and another space where there is billiards.
For your rest, five suites decorated with care and all equipped with king-size. The five bedrooms offer 13 beds, possibility of adding additional beds.
We also have the necessary for the smallest: beds, bath, high chair.

. Almost four hundred square meters just you ... not to mention the park of almost two hectares and the heated swimming pool from May to October.
We will also know, according to your needs, to accompany you in your gastronomic and viticultural desires to better take advantage of the treasures of our beautiful region.

Florence our host was very responsive and accommodating , allowing a late check in and helpful advice about the area. Accommodation was really large and all ensuites a good set up. Property generally is good and could be great with a bit more attention . Some of household items and furniture could use updating , others are state of the art.

Beautiful house in Meursanges

Owner Florence was delightful. My extended family of a range of ages (aged 3 years to 63 years) had a fabulous week. Beautiful house in a very pretty, quiet village close to Beaune. Spacious bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms all tastefully decorated throughout. Great kitchen and dining room for large family dinners and lovely outside dining area too. Pool was spotlessly clean and great size for all ages for fun activities and swimming. Tea and coffee available but with check in on a Sunday one needs to be prepared in taking essentials e.g. fresh milk, bread and a few basics as no shop in village - nearby supermarket is a few km away but closes 12:30 Sunday.

What can I say? This property surpassed our expectations-everything about it was perfect-the rooms, the quiet country location, the proximity to Beaune, the hostess, and the pool. The room set-up was particularly well suited to our big group of 10-each room had a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The stone walls of the country house are so thick that you do not hear any noises in the house which provides alot of privacy. AND, those walls keep the house very cool and comfortable even though we were there during a heat wave. Highly recommend to anyone!

We spent a week in this beautiful villa to celebrate our mum's 70th and it was even better than expected! Really lovely rooms, with total privacy for everyone as each had their own bathroom. Fantastic spaces to share and enjoy with the family. LOVE IT, 10 out to 10!

Wonderful

Property is very large and quiet, with a gorgeous pool. An easy drive to downtown Beaune, with all its restaurants and historic sites. Center of Beaune is a postcard of France. The house interior was well appointed with five massive bedrooms with baths and showers. The house was very quiet with 18” stone walls throughout. Excellent cooking and eating areas.

It was great stay and the Pool and House was very clean but the landlords are living right next to us but Never complaint. The only complaint about Noise came by the mayor. The vibe of Freedom was Limited by the landlords living Next to us.

Our group of 4 adults and 2 children had the most wonderful holiday! Everything from the beautiful property to the cozy details inside the house. Our family had plenty of room inside the house to roam around with numerous nooks to cuddle up in addition to the expansive patio and lawn outside. The kitchen was stocked with everything one would need. Florence, our host, was lovely and extremely hospitable and responsive to all of our questions and needs. Beaune is a short drive away through the countryside. It was all so charming! We cannot wait to come back!

Our group loved staying at Charm'Attitude. It's a stunningly beautiful property and home and was ideal for our group since each couple had their own room and private bathroom. We were very busy while there with excursions to Beaune and outskirts. (There's so much to discover in this gastronomically and historically rich region!) My only regret in that we didn't spend enough time just relaxing at the house - in the sunshine by the pool and on the terrace. Also, Florence was terrific to work with - so nice, responsive, helpful and always available for us but still gave us our privacy. We can't wait to return next year!

Nous avons passé un week-end inoubliable entre amis dans cette magnifique maison en Bourgogne ! La maison est tout simplement parfaite pour accueillir un groupe. Les espaces communs sont spacieux et trés chaleureux, avec un double séjour aux pierres apparentes et sa cheminée à foyer ouvert. Nous avons adoré nous retrouver autour de la grande table de la salle à manger pour partager de bons repas. il y a tout l'équipement nécessaire. La cuisine est également très bien équipée, et trés bien agencée pour cuisiner à plusieurs.Les chambres sont spacieuses et décorées avec beaucoup de goût. La literie est très confortable, et le calme des lieux nous a assuré des nuits sans aucun bruit. Un grand merci à Florence pour son accueil chaleureux et sa disponibilité. Elle a répondu à toutes nos questions avec beaucoup de gentillesse.Nous avons hâte de revenir !
