「Room was clean enough. Bathroom could have used some cleaning. There were hair scruncies left on the floor by previous guest we assumed.
Breakfast was pretty disappointing. Not much to choose from and the coffee was cold. Parking was fine. Staff was nice. 」

「チェックイン時、Hotels.comで予約したクレジットカード番号が違うと言われました。同サイトに登録したカードを提示したにも関わらず。。。
予約した禁煙ルームは２階でしたが、１階は喫煙ルームエリアらしく廊下にもタバコの臭いが充満していて通り抜けるだけで不快でした。なぜ喫煙ルームエリアを最上階である３階にしていないのか疑問です。
部屋は一見良さげでしたが、バスルームに置かれたタオルの上に蜘蛛が這っていました。ドライヤーホルダーがしっかり固定されていない、エアコンの音が思いのほか大きいなど気になる点がいくつかありました。
正直良い印象は残念ながら残りませんでした。」

「This is a beautifully renovated condo that is perfect for a staycation birthday. It was very luxurious and accommodating.The Italian restaurant across the street was great. It was so fun to go to Harrah’s Metropolis just down the street.I would only suggest to take down the numerous air fresheners that overpowered us during our stay, even after unplugging them. We had a difficult time sleeping with that smell and with the AC going from cool to hot throughout the night. Other than those minor...
