「The front desk staff were all a,aging as well as the kitchen staff. The owner Roan was a very pleasant man and enjoyed conversations with him. Looking forward to another stay here in the future. Plenty of chilled water machines on site, the aircon worked very well in the room, the pool was good but needed some daily cleaning of leaves and bugs in the water; I am sure that is a never ending struggle. The property is located a long distance from all the noise and congestion ad a very peaceful...

「When I arrived, they acted as if I didn't have a reservation. Expedia wouldn't give me the money back, either, so a big big disappointment, this hotel. Good thing I had someplace else to stay!」

「I had good stay」

「It's okay」

「This is Glamping! Beautiful views over the Taal lake and the volcano, feeling as living in the djungle but without the need for tent and camping fire: more civilized. On the downside, you have to be prepared for some animals that sneaks into your room as well; we had geckos and cockroaches. If you are uncomfortable with it you can always call the staff and they will come remove them, though. Definately more of a couples getaway or honeymoon, than family oriented or for solo travellers. But a...

「I had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The breakfast was great, with a good variety of options to start the day. The location was very convenient for my trip, as I was visiting relatives and attending a class reunion. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay, and I would happily recommend this accommodation.」

「Excellent staff, was moved to different room immediately when there was a problem with airconditioner leaking. Central location convenient to UPLB.」
