"Plenty of room first floor and basement. Comfortable beds. I did suggest to the host that a book with info in it would be a good addition to the VRBO (wifi password, checkout info, etc.), and a few more baking dishes. We cooked in rather than going out and we had plenty of pots and pans but could have used some baking dishes and muffin pans. A Keurig was available, but if you like stronger coffee, you might need to run to a nearby coffee shop. The sofa did feel like it had a sturdy back, so we put it against the wall. This was mentioned in an earlier review by someone, so we wanted to make sure others knew as well. Placing the back against the wall gave us plenty more room for the little ones to play. It worked out beautifully! The host was great as well."

"I did not had big expectations about the hotel when I booked because the price and because was an emergency. However, you get what you pay. The kitchen was good for cooking a meal. The living room was comfy and the bed was ok. They have a laundry and was nice that the dryer is free. They have vendor machines. The breakfast was a blue muffins, a microwave oatmeal, hot water for the coffee that was all. The heater was to hot. The tv is very basic, not an smart tv. Everything is very basic but for the price was good enough. "

"Communication with host was excellent. We cooked a couple of meals and it was well equipped for cooking. We stayed with another couple, and the house was perfect. There is a bedroom with king bed upstairs and also in the basement. So we each had our own space and bathrooms. House was clean and the neighborhood is very quiet. It is in a good central location. If we ever get back to Omaha would stay there again."

"Fantastic house and host. Quiet neighborhood, central to everything in Omaha. Beds were great and didn’t squeak (that drives me nuts). Definitely staying here next time we are in Omaha. "
