"The Hotel is in an ideal location is the big plus. Very disappointed in our arrival arrangements. Our reservation advised us to call before we arrived to get parking instructions and transport to the hotel instructions. The reservation clerk we called was a “bit” impatient and was very rude and unhelpful about how we would get to the hotel.
