Did not feel safe in the area. The restaurant was not good. The manager refunded half of the meal. There was random bits of garbage in the hall. And the crackheads coming up on and bothering people infront of the hotel entrance on the hotel property. The garbage cans in front of the hotel were overflowing. ...

Halls smelled like pot. Room had an odor that you became accustomed to. Room was clean. Bed sheets were clean, bedspread had cigarette burns. Bathroom was clean also. Wonderful stay and the owners are so nice! Loved the water front view from the living room. Wish the weather was better to enjoy the kayaks. We would definitely stay again!! We enjoyed the snacks also!!

We visited our elderly parents and needed a place within walking distance. Price was a consideration. The owner was easy to get a hold of and quick to respond. Overall our experience was neither fantastic nor miserable. If money is tight, this place works.

Massive space for the money. Kitchen was dine in and there is a dining... full 2nd flr apartment. Of course, old frame house so a bit rough around the edges but was comfortable and w great access. Easy street parking. Wakable neighborhood.
