"Quiet part of Moraitka and yet only 5 minutes walk to the beach. All the staff we met were very friendly. Rooms were clean and tidy and there was a large bottle of water already in the fridge when we arrived, which was very welcome! Arriving late at night meant it took a little while to find where to park (it's quite dark) but a quick call to the supplied telephone number fixed that! All in all a very lovely stay 😃"

"Wonderful stay. There are more locals then tourists in the area which made the stay feel less busy and more tranquil which is what we wanted. Aristofanis was very helpful with transport as the property is rural and we didn’t have our own vehicle. If you want to explore, hiring transport is definitely required. "Enjoyable stay at the Corfu Pelagos. Stayed in a premium studio room which was spacious, clean and offered a lovely view overlooking the pool & views across the sea. Staff were pleasant and kind throughout. It is important to note the hotel sits on a steep gradient which maybe difficult for some & the water pressure in the room wasn't the greatest, however this didn't detract from the hotel experience."

"The views at Ella Alkyna are breathtaking, and the water is the clearest I have ever seen. The beach and boardwalk connecting the resort to town create an unforgettable experience. The natural beauty here is truly world-class and the main reason I would recommend visiting. That said, there are several areas that need improvement. Although the resort is all-inclusive, we were only able to make two restaurant reservations during our five-night stay. Otherwise, we were limited to the main buffet, which was fine but became repetitive. I would recommend trying some of the nearby restaurants along the beach for more variety. Housekeeping was disappointing. Trash, dirty dishes, and housekeeping carts were often left in the hallways overnight or for multiple days. We also requested laundry service and received little communication until shortly before checkout, only to find out our clothes had not been cleaned. The resort also arranged a boat excursion and transportation. When we returned around 1:30 PM, transportation refused to take us back immediately because they wanted to wait for more guests, resulting in a three-hour wait. Service was inconsistent. At one meal, a staff member dropped dishes near our table, leaving broken glass and coffee at my feet. No apology was offered, and after moving tables we were not served again during the meal. Overall, the beauty of Ella Alkyna cannot be matched, but improvements in housekeeping, communication, and guest service are needed."

"I stayed at this hotel with my son and we had a wonderful experience. The staff were very welcoming and provided excellent customer service throughout our stay. Our room was beautiful, modern, and exceptionally clean. The food was delicious, and the kids’ club was amazing, my son absolutely loved it and wanted to go back all the time. He thoroughly enjoyed the many activities available, especially the mini golf, waterslides, and other entertainment designed for children. The hotel created a truly memorable experience for us. I would definitely recommend it, particularly for families with children. It offers the perfect balance of fun for kids and relaxation for adults, with excellent facilities for everyone to enjoy. We look forward to returning in the future. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so special."
