"Tha villa was just perfect!!! We had a wonderful stay. We were 10 people, including two young children who absulotly loved the kids swimming pool. The house is very clean and kept very well. It is fully equipped. Vassilas thought of everything one needs!! Lots of towels, fully equipped kitchen, games and more. We definitely recommend this villa for a great family vacation."

"The property is beautiful and well equipped. The location amid the fields of olive trees is just amazing. The view on the bay is breathtaking. We have enjoyed quite a lot our stay. The only dark side is the check in process by a local greek employee which is terrible. No help at all for finding the house which is even hard to find for locals. "Great location that is NOT directly in Kalamata. 5 minutes drive down the street to all the action. No problem parking (in May). Staff were all extremely helpful and professional. Pool is very nice and big on a raised deck overlooking the beach which is right across the street. You can also walk into the action at Kalamata. Probably a 20 minute walk. I drove into town and was able to park in the large lot. Will recommend and return to this hotel. Only issue was the entrance for th hotel is on the side street and Apple Maps sends you 3 blocks away (sad that Apple Maps still lacks)."
