「There is nothing to dislike! The room was clean, housekeeping was great, the breakfast was excellent, the balcony and view were superb!
The staff were the best...anything you needed or requested was handled efficiently and professionally. Each and every staff member was friendly and warm, making our stay even more enjoyable. We didn't want to leave! We plan to return next year.
The Seaside Hotel is the best location on the beach. Everything was wonderful!!!」
「This hotel is situated over other properties which gives every room a water view overlooking the beautiful Marina. There are many restaurants to chose from. Patrizia was extremely helpful at the front desk. I highly recommend this property.」
「This hotel/ resort was listed as on the beach ..it was on a mountain side. The hotel reception was terrible, staff was very rude and had absolutely ZERO customer service and less then ZERO hospitality. They claim to have a shuttle for the city and was taken there ONCE and had to call to get picked up and then had to wait for over an hour and a half for a less then 10 minute drive. Stayed for 15 days only because it was booked and no one else had rooms available. Had to walk down the mountain and...
「Great balcony view, couldn't expect a better room, very nice breakfast selection, and the staff, we actually asked them to join us. Would deffinately book them again!」
「Wonderful location, right across the street from the beach. Host was wonderful. Antonella was helpful and professional. Apartment was as advertised. I come to Sicily every couple of years to visit family and I will definitely stay here again.」
