Pretty outbuilding of the owners' main house, with independent access via the shared courtyard.

In a quiet village of Messas, the cottage is located between Beaugency and Meung-sur-Loire, not far from the Loire à Vélo, 30 minutes from the Château de Chambord....

A charming, pleasant little house, ideal for a couple or for workers on the move. On the ground floor: dining room and open-plan fitted kitchen.

Upstairs, via a miller's staircase: on the landing a living room (with a 140x190 cm sofa bed), a bedroom with a 160x200 cm double bed and its adjoining shower room with toilet (separated from the bedroom by a curtain).

Large private enclosed garden with garden table, barbecue, basketball hoop, football goal, children's swing...

Parking in the courtyard for one car. Garage for your bikes if needed. The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Reception on site and/or independent arrival (you can enter the premises with a secure key box).

Two windows upstairs with key handle (because there is no guardrail): under the responsibility of adults.

Access to the courtyard is via a small path (rue des Hauts Tallons) and the courtyard requires a maneuver to get out if you want to leave in forward gear. This can be done without problem but I prefer to warn you. We have even received vans and large cars without problem.

The garden of the cottage is private during your presence but where the owner's children can play on the playground when you are not there of course.

Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
