A main house composed of a spacious living room (80m²) and very bright, fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, 2 separate toilets.
An independent studio with kitchen and shower room.
Many terraces around the house and pool plus a panoramic terrace of 70 m2 on the roof.
Ideal environment: at the end of a small cul-de-sac street, at the edge of the woods.
Possibility of yoga classes on site
Games for all ages: babyfoot, climbing wall, trampoline, slack line
Ideal for living outdoors:
- swimming pool of 10 x 4m (140 cm deep) equipped with a rolling shutter
- outdoor shower
- 200 square meters of wooden terrace, with wooden table and chairs for 12 people + sun loungers + plancha material.

Super séjour
Nous avons passé un super séjour de 2 semaines dans cette très belle maison spacieuse et bien organisée. Piscine, salle de jeux, mur d’escalade, rampe de skate, slackline : adultes, enfants et adolescents y ont trouvé leur compte !

great family retreat
We had a wonderful time at this amazing house which as everything to offer for the whole family. The kids were climbing at the wall, playing on the gras or used the slack line if they were not in the pool.
The ocean is only a 10 minutes drives away and we found a amazing tennis facility.
Highly recommended for a family get-together.
