Come stay at this beautiful Springs condo & enjoy the views of the mountains and the valley. This condo has 2 bedrooms 2 baths on the ground floor with its own kitchen, (1,013sq ft) and sleeps 6 adults. It features beautiful furnishings and luxury amenities - Large kitchen w/ all utensils, linens, washer & dryer, flat screen TVs, cable, wireless internet, and a one car garage.

This is a wheelchair accessible property which does not infer it is ADA compliant. Please contact us so we may assist you in determining if this property is adequate for your specific needs.

This condo is located in the heart of Mesquite within a few minutes of 7 championship golf courses and 3 casinos. It is approximately a one hour drive to Las Vegas and only 35 miles to St George, UT. The Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, Lake Mead and Zion National Park are wonderful day trip options.

Property was clean, but lack staples needed to enjoy the reason we like to stay at a VRBO over a hotel. No supplies for cooking needs, salt, pepper, oils, spices. Bathroom supplies where limited and we couldn't wash any towels after use because there was no laundry soap supplied. No hand soap, towels were worn out and ripped. Low supply of towel available.

The property was even better then I expected! Very Clean, Spacious and Homey!

We traveled to Mesquite from Hawaii for a pylon tournament. I wanted a full kitchen (check) a washer/dryer (check). What we got was so much more! The amenities for the property was bonus. Loved the private garage. Gas and groceries were right down the road too! And a Casino!! Will definitely recommend this to friends and family!

Great quiet condo with everything

The property is in a good location and was clean and well equipped. The one car garage was perfect. Check-in with the property management was well setup to allow for after hours arrivals. Would stay again!
