6 month contract, short-term rental. 2 bed/2 bath in quiet neighborhood.

Requires 6 month contract. This place is perfect for contract workers, winter travelers, travel nurses, construction workers, or seasonal workers. The unit is large (almost 1200 sq ft) and comes fully furnished with 2 queen beds, linen, towels, appliances, and kitchenware. There is a washer/dryer located in the unit. There is also a small storage room with the unit.

Located around the corner from several casinos, golf courses, and sporting activity fields. Two on-site pools and hot tubs. Hiking and ATV riding not far away. Also, only approximately 80 minutes from Las Vegas.

1 reserved covered parking spot. No campers or trailers. Unit is located up a flight of stairs on the 2nd level.

Owner will cover HOA fees and basic utilities to include water, sewer, basic TV, and garbage. Renter is responsible for upgraded TV, internet, and electricity.

There will be a $750 security deposit required and professional cleaning upon leaving. There is a $50/month surcharge for any pets.

Not Luxorious, but has everything you need

Hosts are great at communicating. We ended up getting locked out and they helped us get back in while they were on vacation. The pool is closed and closing at dark which was disappointing to my teenagers. It was at a perfect central location for all our activities and had plenty of space. A/C worked great, which is important there and we loved sitting on the balcony.

Travel sports team stay-cation

We were in town for a football tournament and wanted a place away from the casino life. This home was exactly what we needed, quiet, clean, and spacious. Our host was quick to respond to every message and the clear communication ensured we would have a great time.

Spacious, quiet, with great Management

The condo was more spacious than I expected given the pictures. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. There are a TON of beds so if you don’t like sharing a bed / bedroom with your fiend, there are a lot to choose from. I counted 2 large beds, a twin, and two couches that pull out into beds. The management was super friendly, accommodating, and easy to get a hold of. We will most likely stay here again if we are in Mesquite again.

My wife and grandson stayed at this property and enjoyed it very much. Clean and comfortable. Good communication with the owners. Central location to everything. Only thing we would change would be the pool temperature. Super cold so unable to use it. Glad the hot tub was working. Thanks- Mike
