Appartement Le Ty Mes
Quimiac is a charming seaside resort with an air of La Baule, with pine trees sheltering pretty villas.
Shops, open all year round, are clustered around the market square, which takes place every Friday morning. The best way to discover Quimiac is to lose yourself in its narrow streets, almost all of which lead to a beach, the most beautiful being Lansaria (900 m from the apartment) or Sorlock (1.3 km). It's also a fisherman's paradise.
Our favorites: the little port of Toul-Ru, the Pointe de Merquel, the port of Kercabellec and its oyster bars, not forgetting the Mes salt marshes.
Our apartment is located in a 5-unit condominium within walking distance of all shops and beaches (Plage du Moulin 700 m). It's on the 2nd floor, via an outside staircase. You can enjoy the garden enclosed by a wicket gate, where you can set up your deckchair or use the garden table. It's a green space that we share with our next-door neighbors.
The apartment's assets are its bright south/west exposure and the unobstructed view from the 7 m2 balcony. The living area features a fully-equipped kitchenette, including a dishwasher, and a sitting area with a BZ sofa. The bathroom features a shower, washbasin and washing machine. The WC is separate. Finally, the bedroom benefits from a dressing room and adjoining toilet.
