「A.M. staff was not customer-focused and not personable (prep’ing for potential breakfast needs took precedence over serving customers); he was aware of waiting customers, but they (the customers) seemed to be more of a bother and were made to wait while he prep’ed. Hotel price/info seemed to suggest it would have been much nicer; was disappointed and believe it was definitely overpriced (believe the prices should have been more similar to a Motel 6 rather than a Hilton or Fairfield).」
