"Unfortunately the bar and restaurant closed really early and so there was no drinks or snacks after the concert we went to. That was disappointing. It's also a bit noisy on the west side of the hotel. The shower also has a funky half door which was awkward."

The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was nice, but the property would benefit from much better maintenance and attention to cleanliness."

SHE WATCHED ME LOOK FOR PLATES TO EAT THE HORRIBLE BREAKFAST LEFT OUT & SAID NOTHING TO ME. This has been a horrible experience from the beginning, and it feels like no one cares about resolving the situation. On top of that, I have experienced what I believe to be discriminatory treatment and unfriendly customer service throughout my stay. I did not deserve to be treated this way as a paying customer. I requested an immediate transfer to a different location and a prompt response regarding this matter. They did not. I checked out & went elsewhere!"
