「If there was a higher rating above a 10,I would have gave it. My room was spotless clean. The room was so nice and up to date. Every was so nice and helpful, they made sure they answered my questions and that I had what I needed to be comfortable. I will definitely be back.」

「This property does a good job adding charm, but at the end of the day it’s still an old renovated motel. Cleanliness could definitely be improved—we dealt with gnats during our stay and even spotted a small roach. If you’re assigned Room 5 or 24, be prepared. Both rooms are extremely small and located right next to the ice machine. Room 5 is especially problematic because it’s on the ground floor beside the supply closet, which staff access around the clock. Every time someone opens the supply...

「This hotel was built in 1915 and has many famous people staying there. Old building and furniture in the lobby has specific antique smell; the floor surfaces are uneven but overall it feels like you are in an old castle. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Hotel offers pretty good hot breakfast. There is a pool outside. Some vip status guests receive complimentary water and snacks. 「We enjoyed our stay at this unique property. The communication and ease of checking in was excellent and the location exceptional for a quick stay in downtown Gulfport. The stairs were not an issue for us and the amenities were fine. The quirky decor and extra room with a sofa added to the comfort. 「I really like this inn. It’s older and it doesn’t have any amenities like a pool or fitness center, but the owners are so wonderful and the breakfast is really good. It’s kind of an old fashioned place, so older furniture and wall ac units. But it comfortable, a great location, easy and a really good price for downtown st pete. The owners make it special.」

An offer of clean towels would have at least been appreciated. Also, no regular cream for coffee and you only get one bottle of water per stay. Seems a little cheap to me」
