"AC unit was not working properly. “Maintenance manager” didn’t even know how to inspect for malfunctions. Traveled with service pet, that “manager” and front desk staff were extremely rude and didn’t know anything about the laws surrounding service animals. They threatened to kick us off of the property ..."
