One of the best locations ever! Host is very responsive and kind. Kitchen is adequate but not gourmet, an electric stove and teflon coated pots and pans. Not many baking dishes. Wonderful dishes and lots of silverware.Two kayaks on site as well as fishing equipment. Dock is incredible!

The house was clean with spacious. We could have easily had additional people stay with the two of us. It was really great watching a launch from the upper dock in addition to fishing from the lower dock. We caught sea trout and catfish. We also saw dolphin and manatee several times.

Our family all gathered for the holiday and enjoyed our stay. It's hard when all are coming in from all over,so this was great. We had our game night and found many restaurants and stores near by. Catered so we had more time together. Boys were happy with the pier.

AMAZING!!

This house was incredible! But the best part was the porch / dock and the wildlife! We had dolphins and manitee every day we were able to watch close up. We didn’t want to leave! It was truly magical!

Paradise

This house on the Banana River is terrific. It is on the water with a great pier and upper and lower docks with an array of wildlife regularly passing by - dolphins, .manatees, birds and fish. The house is spacious, very well-appointed and fully stocked for a worry-free stay. The owner, Robert, could not have been more accomodating. If you are looking for a place jn the Space Coast area, look no further. This place is perfect in every way.

Christmas Trip

We spent the week of Christmas here and absolutely loved it! The property was exactly as listed. There are so many extra perks to staying at this property. We enjoyed kayaking on the river, seeing dolphins swim by the house on multiple occasions, watching the bioluminescent comb jellyfish after dark, and witnessing the rocket launch from Kennedy Space Center from the deck. The beds were all comfortable and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need while on vacation. I would highly recommend this property!

Daughter’s Church Installation

We ahd a wonderful time. You have everything near and Coco Beach is not too far either. We didn’t want to leave since the house is amazing with amazing view. We got to see dolphins, manta rays and caught some fish. Host is amazing and responds immediately. Great stay, greatly recommended

Space Coast World Series

The home was spectacular and fit our large family perfectly. We were able to enjoy softball, sun, surf, sand, and fishing. Plenty to do and see during the day and relax in the evenings. Even saw the bioluminesence from the dock. Will stay again of ever in the area!
