Beautiful location! The home was everything as promised. Our host William was fantastic with communication and checking in on our stay. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place close to the beach and amusement parks. House is perfect for winding down after long days of adventures.

Great time and location

Only 15 minutes from Cocoa beach and down the street from Walmart which was convenient. Had a great time and loved the pool!

Clean well kept & with everything you could need

This is a great property pool, hot tub, game room, TV’s in every room, kitchen is big and roomy with most anything you might need. Beds are firm but comfortable and the linen were plush and very comfortable as well. I would highly recommend this house for a comfortable stay in the Coco Beach area.

The house and location were perfect for our family visit to the Space Coast! The 5 bedrooms were perfectly situated to accommodate grandparents, parents, and 2 toddlers (who particularly loved the full sized bunk beds). The pool was crystal clear and had a nice wade area that was perfect for the children.The location was easy to get to and located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to stores and restaurants. The hosts were very helpful and responded quickly to any questions or information needed.We definitely would like to visit again!

Pre-cruise stay

This was the perfect spot for our group before leaving on a cruise. All the amenities we needed, and walking distance to a bar/restaurant with live music. Would definitely recommend for families or groups of friends.

Spacious Home

Plenty of room for the 8 of us. Kids really enjoyed the Ping Pong and video games. We all loved the pool. House very well laid out and comfortable. Had a great stay.

We traveled with several other families to Casa Espacio. The house was clean and inviting with enough space for all of us to hang out together. The host was super responsive and had all of our needs taken care of. We would stay here again!

Hello Gentle Travelers, My family and I had a wonderful time in Florida and especially with our lodging. Our host was kind, courteous, friendly and accurate...I could tell he'd walked this road many times. The house is beautiful. The accommodations met my expectations, the beds were very comfortable, kitchen exceeded expectations, my husband went straight to the game room and had to be pulled away! The pool and hot tub were the cherry on top!!! When returning to the home each evening it felt like coming home, spacious, relaxing, comforting and enjoyable...you could simply reserve this home and enjoy! No, I wasn't paid to say all this. I am a woman who is fair minded in all things to the best of my ability. I take Reviews and Surveys into consideration along with other factors, and this is my honest opinion. The only thing regarding this home that I would change is the couches in the family room. However, we were not in that room often due to the game room, pool, hot tub and gathering table by the fireplace enjoying time together. If this Host ever wants to sell this home, hands-off it's ours!!! Enjoy your stay!!!

WONDERFUL All Around

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The host was very responsive, the house and property were very clean, the bedroom layouts fit our family well. As long as you have a vehicle everything you would need is close enough to access from the beach to restaurants and the grocery store. I would recommend this property if traveling with a large family or kids.

Family Reunion Vacation

The property was beautiful, the host went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, and everything about the house was well thought out. The little details made this house a home! We had 5 kids ages 7 months to 16 years and they all LOVED it. Would definitely stay at this property again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Espacio! We spent two weeks here. We had 10 people in our group - 6 adults (grandparents and two sets of parents), 1 teen, and kids 9, 4, and 1. There was plenty of space for all of us everywhere. We spent a lot of time in the pool! Love the "splash pad" area at one end where little kids can play. There is a table in the pool, too, where we sat and read or just chatted. Pool was spacious and accommodated all of us at one time. We used the hot tub a few times, too. The kitchen is really well laid-out and had everything we needed to prepare meals. The house is located close to everything - great central location for restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, multiple beaches. Overall, Merritt Island is in a great spot since it's so close to Cocoa Beach, Cocoa and the Port. We appreciated the very quick responses from the host when we had questions or needed anything. Highly recommend this house for family vacations!!

We, 2 grandparents, 4 parents and 4 kids stayed 5 nights and enjoyed it immensely. The kids spent more time in the pool than in the house. Everything was well stocked, working, clean, and tastefully decorated. The host communicated a lot of helpful information and answered our questions quickly. I would recommend this location and would return again if I needed this size home in the future. 10 of 10 points.
