"Everything that i saw and used was great"

"I appreciate the price because I am on a budget however I expect the amenities to be up to my standards. I believe this hotel knows people are struggling and will pay little just to have a place to sleep. I expect to have working heat in the room and the heating system did not work. The blankets were too thin like sheets which would’ve been an issue with no working heat. The bathtub was wet as if it was just rinsed but not deep cleaned. The TV did not work. I politely informed the front desk and she was rude. She stormed off saying this is what to expect for the price being so cheap. than went into her office. I brought all of my things from out of the room to leave and She came out and told me she could move me downstairs but because of her attitude I checked out. I expected to be comfortable for my two night stay so I spent more money to stay somewhere else. "

"Staff was wonderful!! Front check in lady was great and welcoming. Only downfall, pool & hot tub was not working at the time. Hotel was under current renovation which will be great. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of options!"
