Lakeside Sand Beach House on 3 Acres of fun Near Nisswa and Cross Lake.

  • Come be in the heart of the Brainerd Nisswa area. Everything is nearby but you won't be able to tell with the 3 acres of woods and Private Sand Beach Protected on both sides. The sunsets are Amazing with the property facing to the west. The property is all flat all the way to the beach and we are lakefront with nothing blocking the view. There is a beach house right next to the lake with full access to the paddle board, Kayak, beach toys. Lake Edward is a 2600 acre lake which is very clean, sand bottom throughout. We just finished a Game room where you will find a Pool table, Foosball, Arcade Games,Card Table. The fishing is very good with a variety of types of fish. We have added a separate game room which is ideal for keeping the noise down and having space when the weather is not cooperating. There is a resort on the lake where you can get gas and snacks, etc. There is a pontoon available for rent that you see in the pictures. In the winter there is a snowmobile trail right out front of the house. We have a 8 person jacuzzi hot tub available and sauna to enjoy year round. Enjoy your stay at our paradise!!

The house was very roomy and we were able to fit all of our guests easily. There were great spaces for hanging out and large areas to enjoy meals together. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and the process for checking in and out was smooth. We really enjoyed our time at this property and all the amenities they had to offer!

The property was great, despite the extra snow we weren’t expecting, we made the most of the sauna, jacuzzi, and game room. Beds were more than comfortable, most said best sleep ever. We would definitely recommend to our friends and families. Thanks so much!

Everything was awesome but I was surprised that the "game room" was a separate building without a bathroom. Maybe I missed that in the listing but everything worked out awesome. What an amazing property. 12 adults for a long weekend - we had a blast!

A Wonderful Week

Our family enjoyed staying at this property. The cabin was everything we needed for our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the layout of the cabin made it easy to have time together playing games and enjoying the week. The sand bottom on the lake made for a great place for the kids to swim and enjoy the outdoors.

Great setup for family gatherings, with tons of seating at tables and games for everyone. The open floor design lets groups be together without feeling on top of each other. Definitely recommend.
