Very plesnt stay, we enjoyed our stay

Very plesnt stay, we enjoyed our stay. The service is very good and the staff is friendly. A nice coffee place 24 hour's around. Marvelous sea of Galilee view from the hotel and the room. Good resturant, but the supper menu is the same every day.

peaceful place in the great outdoors nature forest

We were two couple of friends, the hotel located in a wonderful forest, very beautiful suites and a kind service the restaurant was very good with a nice breakfast and dinner.

Perfect stay in the Galilee

A wonderfully quiet and peaceful stay in the Galilee, mostly Israeli clientele, amazing views, food and service. Comfortable rooms.

אנו פעם שניה במלון, הפעם הראשונה הייתה לפני כ8-9 שנים ונהנינו אז הפעם לצערי הזמן עצר מלכת, המלון מיושן, זקוק לריענון כללי דחוף, המחיר לא מוצדק. למעט ארוחת בוקר שהיא ברמה של סבירה ולא יותר.... ארוחת הערב לא אכילה, וההיצע לא רחב כדי להחליף, התפריט אותו תפריט מלפני שנים. הצוות ברמה נמוכה, וניראה שלא עבר הכשרה מתאימה לעמוד מול ציבור אורחים. לנו הסופ"ש הזה היה אכזבה גדולה !!!

The Sweetest Retreat

This our fourth stay at Amirey Hagalil. They have a tree in the lobby! Is if that isn't the best, they give you sweet cider when you check in and yummy cookies! And the dinner meal is simply amazing!!! Lovely breakfast, too! Quiet and perfect. Stunning views of the Kinneret. The spa and sauna round out the retreat you've been waiting for.

We had a most perfect stay! From start to finish! Sweet greetings with apple cider and cookies in the room. Amazing dinner! The spa and the view! Amazing!!! See you again next month!

Take a break

It is an adorable hotel with great views. It is perfect for a spa trip! We loved the massages and the food at the restaurant in the hotel. It was a great way to relax before coming home.

לא מומלץ!

נסענו בערב יום העצמאות למלון, הגענו למלון יפה הממוקם בצלע הר עם נוף מקסים לעמק ולחוף הכנרת. אשתדל לתאר בתיאור עניני את החוויה שלנו: 1- חדר קטן מאוד ,מדף הממיר המותקן על הקיר מול המיטה באופן כזה שאפשר להיתקל בו עם הראש (והצלחתי) אף על פי שאני לא אדם גבוה במיוחד (מטר שמונים). 2- החדר היה מלא בברחשים, מצאנו גם כמה מתים מתחת לשמיכה. החדר לא היה ככ נקי הרבה סימני אבק, גופי תאורה המחוברים לקירות החדר היו רופפים .הניקוז באמבטייה לא ככ עבד . 3- חדר האוכל , חדר האוכל מלא בברחשים מעופפים ,חלקם נחתו בצלחות שלנו -לא נעים כלל. בארוחת הערב הזמנו יין מהתפריט, לאחר כ 40 דקות שאלתי שוב מה עם היין? נמסר לי שהיין אזל, המנה שלי הייתה טעימה המנה של אשתי לא ככ. בבוקר התכוונו לאכול ולצאת לטייל מוקדם , נמסר לנו שחדר האוכל יהיה פתוח ב 8:30 בפועל היה עיכוב של 15-20 דקות ועדיין לא כל האוכל היה מוכן במקומו. כמובן שהברחשים לא נעלמו בין הביסים של ארוחת הבוקר, היה רצוי גם שהחלונות יעברו ניקוי מעת לעת ... בבוקר רואים הכל. 4- לובי, ביקשתי לשלם את החשבון בכדי שנצא לדרכנו , קיבלתי את החשבון ובו להפתעתי מחיר החדר צויין בדולרים למרות שאת ההזמנה ביצעתי בשקלים, פקיד הקבלה ביצע המרה מדולרים לשקלים וכך נוספה לה עמלת המרה מיותרת שלא הייתי צריך לשלם,בסיכומו של עניין לא היה קשר בין המחיר בהזמנה לעומת התשלום הסופי, בהגדרה צרכנית פשוטה – זה נקרא מצג שווא על מחיר המוצר. ביקשתי הסבר וקיבלתי מנטרה חוזרת מהפקיד – "ככה זה" , ביקשתי לדבר מנהל הקבלה, והתשובה שקיבלתי : שהוא לא כאן ואני מפריע לו בעבודה עם האנשים. אני לא נוהג להפריע לאנשים בעבודתם – עזבתי. לסיכום - מלון עם נוף יפה - כן, האם אני ממליץ - ממש לא !

Beutiful hotel, gorgeous Galilee view

The hotel is quiet and beatiful and perfect for a romantic vacation. We also had massage treatments at the hotel's spa, which were very professional. The food (which is kosher) is the one point that needs some upgrade. But the overall experience was lovely and we had a relaxing enjoyable time.

Very nice hotel. We had very good food for dinner and breakfast. We had a 60 min aromatherapy massage in the spa and it was excellent. The room was clean and very comfortable.

The staff was very helpful & respectfull. The grounds and views are spectacular. Rooms are nice, food was excellent. My only criticism is that after telling them that my wife & I were celebrating our 46th anniversary & would love the other side of the hotel but we were never upgraded. Would come back & hope for the upgrade. But beautiful hotel & very good food.

Beautiful and quaint hotel

We stayed here as we needed a hub to tour the north and it was perfect for exactly that. We've stayed in beautiful large modern hotels but Amirey Hagalil was just as good although boutique and quaint. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was more than adequate. Don't expect the perfection of large chain hotels, but if you're looking for a place in the north of Israel, a place to relax and with stunning panoramic views, this could be the place for you.

Great place to relax in Galilee.

We stayed here for two nights, and used Amirim as a base from which to explore the Galilee region. The hotel was perfect, clean, comfortable, beautiful location, and a killer breakfast.

This was relaxing. The staff did everything and anything possible to make our stay wonderful. It was clean and lovely. The restaurant was fabulous and the view was unbelievable. My favorite place that I've stayed in Israel.

Perfect couples get-away spot

If you're not after the super high-end classy places, this is your spot for a romantic couples get-away. Perfectly located, surrounded by green, and overlooking the Kinneret. This small hotel has a real nice feel to it with a super friendly and helpful staff and an amazing fresh and creative breakfast. Highly recommend the mini-suites.

Serene and scenic

Our suite was lovely, with a jacuzzi, refrigerator, kettle, etc. We had a beautiful view of the hills and the Kinneret. The hotel is right off the main road, so it's super-convenient - but it's very quiet as well. We took a trip to Safed in the evening and then came back to a delicious dinner. Would be happy to go there again and, despite our love for small children, it was a pleasure to be in a place where no children were screaming or throwing temper tantrums :-)
