「The property itself is pretty and clean. Some of the staff need more training, especially the reception area. It was in disarray when I checked in and also never reachable by phone. The AC in my room didn’t work and then when it worked it wasn’t really functioning properly. The dinner was mediocre. We enjoyed our stay here and we will come back. Thanks to Rami, Shoham the lifeguard, Gal from the dining room and to the hotel director Denis. I appreciate your hospitality. 」

「This spa hotel is absolutely magnificent, starting with its location featuring natural views, beautiful landscapes, and herb gardens. 「ガリラヤ湖の近くが空いておらず、このホテルに決めましたが、逆に少し高台からガリラヤ湖や周辺の山々が見渡せ、素晴らしい眺望でした。金額的にも手頃な上に、朝食も種類が豊富で美味しく、スタッフもフレンドリーで好感がもてます。ほぼ全てにおいて満足です。唯一残念だったのは、エレベーターが階ごとに交互にあり、構造的には面白い作りではありますが、どこの階に行くにも5～6段の階段があり、車いすの方や足の悪い方、また大きな荷物を運ぶ際には使いづらいかなと感じた点です。玄関にはスロープがあるのに残念でした。両親との2家族での旅行でしたが、両親の部屋は最上階のお部屋を提供して下さり、ベランダ付きの素晴らしい眺望を楽しんでました。両親も、こんどのイスラエル旅行中、一番良かったホテルと申しております（金額的には一番安かったのにですよ！）。次回、ティベリアに行くことがあれば、またお世話になりたいです！」

「The staff was above and beyond wonderful. The breakfast and dinner are both fantastic. I have been to other places in Tiberius, and this was far and away the best. Highly recommended!」

「We like this establishment and keep coming back. A bit overpriced, but can't compete with the beautiful view of the sea of Galilee from all windows and the little secluded terrace that allows privacy well appreciated for a couple's weekend. Only main shortcoming is the included breakfast that is underwhelming, especially the cold shakshuka and scrambled eggs. Just put a lid on the pans and warm up the surface it's on, how difficult is that?!?」
