「Staff support was definitely lacking. No one helped with our bags. I had to ask housekeeping to empty our trash. The air conditioning was really loud (so loud we couldn’t sleep. They never sent anyone to fix it. There was no drinking water available until noon when the cafe opened. Nice rooms and great location, but way too expensive for the service.」

「This is such a lovely little hotel. The location is great – within a short walking distance to so many attractions, restaurants, bars, and cafes – and there's free parking in an area where finding parking can be challenging. The house is beautiful and very nicely renovated. The rooms are spacious and cozy, and the upstairs common room, where you can have free sweets and drinks in front of amazing views, is a real bonus. 「This is such a lovely quiet boutique hotel. The thing that stands out most is it’s absolutely the most spotlessly clean place I’ve ever been in they go out of their way to keep it beautiful. Although there is no restaurant or food service so to speak they always have a good coffee and some little cookie snacks available and you can enjoy it out on the terrace with lovely flowers around.
