"The first room they gave me still had someone's belongings in there. I assume they gave me someone else's room. They quickly resolved this issue, and the second room was clearly not fully ready to stay in. There were boxes of screws, and the boxes for the alarm system still in the room. The kitchen didn't seem to be fully equiped, and there was no sponge, soap, dishwasher tabs or drying towel. The bedding felt cheap and cold. "This Brazilian-themed Aparthotel was a great place to stay. Clean amd well designed room, very comfortable bed and friendly, helpful staff. Some of the quirky things - like the tropical jungle wallpaper in the shower and similar wallpaper with bird sounds in the corridors were fun. An easy 20 minute walk from Ulm Hbf."
