文句なしによかったです

清潔な部屋、良いアメニティ、種類が豊富な朝食、従業員の気配り、すべてよかったです。また機会があればぜひここに泊まりたいです。

In the first place, the property is under repair/remodeling and only the second floor had rooms to be used/rented. The first/third floors were being remodeled and the paint smell was just terrible! Also, when we went down for breakfast, the only - I repeat - the only hot item was oatmeal! If you wanted anything else - you had to leave and find another place to eat! And we paid a nice price for this!!! Never again!

Under Revision

Very nice service but was unhappy to discover they got rid of their hot breakfast option a few months ago and the temperature was very difficult to control in the room. Difficult to fairly review since they were undergoing renovations while we were there, so things might end up turning out really good in the future for visitors.

I like the short inside stairway to the 2 nd floor. I don’t like anything else about this property. The room is dingy, the TV microwave and coffee pot do not work or is filthy. I’m going to ask for another room or refund for tonight and go to another hotel

My smoke alarm started going off at 3;00 a.m. I called the front desk. The young man did not offer a new room. He said no one was there to help. He hung up on me. We just endured it until we were ready to go to breakfast. Full breakfast advertised. Only hot food was plain oatmeal. No eggs, no sausage...nothing. Tried to make myself hot grits out of desperation--never filled the hot water. Messy, unattended--milk, yogurt hot. Dust and grime everywhere. Disgusting!

The hotel staff was helpful at check-in. I had family in town from out of state for a funeral and they were very, pleased with their experience. The only concerns were no access to the pool and breakfast was very light due to renovations. Overall we would stay here again! Thanks!

No towels or soap in room; had to wait for staff to "find some". Sofa mattress should have been discarded years ago. Too many things to mention about breakfast. Had to eat somewhere else (first time ever to pass on a complimentary hotel breakfast).

There were no towels/wash cloths in our room upon arrival. Hair dryer didn’t work. Breakfast left much to be desired so we went to McD for breakfast. It started out rough, but check-in/check out were great.

It's close to shopping center, like Walmart. Good food can be found close by as well.
