Conveniently located close to Clinica de Merida if you have consultations there. Overall good but parking not to great and breakfast not included. Several blocks away is a hotel for a little less money with breakfast included and better parking

This is a basic hotel without frills. It’s safe, clean, reliable, and right across the street from a hospital. The pool is nice and the restaurant is dependable. I’ve stayed there 3 times in the past year for work and am very satisfied.

It was here for some medical appointments, and the hotel was directly across the street. I got a suite which was very nice and very affordable

This is a well located hotel. Staff was helpful and great at all times. The restaurant food was delicious. The only downside was the room had a humidity smell due to the shower not having enough ventilation. Great one-night stay!

Good rooms and friendly staff. It's located conveniently across the street from Clinica de Merida, so a perfect place when using this hospital. When bringing your vehicle, they keep your key so they can move it around in their small parking space as needed. Not ideal, but we had no issues.

Todo bien pero se fue la luz por dos horas. No fue problema del hotel, pues se fue en toda la colonia. Hay generadores de emergencia que mantienen las luces de los pasillos encendidas.
