Hotel was in an excellent location, with an amazing staff who were super helpful and attentive. Our room was spacious, updated, with a very comfortable bed. Loved the rain-head shower. Hotel breakfast was so delicious!

What a great hotel! Everything was very modern and clean, and all of the staff was super friendly. The breakfast buffet was great, and I loved the rooftop pool and easy-to-access parking garage. I would definitely stay here again.

It was good. Not excellent but we felt safe and we were comfortable. The hotel is hard to access, there is commercial offices on the first 2 floors. There isn’t signage telling you where the hotel parking is, or where the actual hotel entrance is. It’s weird. The write up in Expedia said it was pet friendly we brought our small dog. The cost to keep our dog was more than paying for another adult. There are other hotel choices in Merida that don’t charge extra for your pet, or it’s a minimal charge. Breakfast was excellent wait staff fantastic. Good business/Adult stay hotel.

The place is great, the vibe is excellent. Maybe the only issue is that at the middle of the night the electric energy in the room turns off and you lose the AC for example or you can't turn on the light in the bathroom, you need to open the room door to reestablish everything.

Great hotel if you are on a business trip; not for tourists. You are in between the North zone and Centro, along a major street, so easy access if you are traveling both north and south. The BEST thing about this place is the staff, though. They are EXCEPTIONAL!! They've allowed some maintenance to lapse (i.e. the shower ceiling in my room), and they are definitely not using the pool area as a place to sit and chill and relax, as there's almost no seating, just lots of concrete. Also, strangely bad coffee, and very bad toiletries. No washcloths (!!), so bring your own, as the body wash is liquid.

A Hotel with MANY small flaws and one BIG flaw. I wouldn't go back. Although it is very well located and the lobby façade is beautiful, I would not return due to the amount of problems and difficulties we experienced in this hotel. We arrived by car and to our surprise the entrance was very hidden and there was no place to leave the car to go to the lobby. I had to get out quickly and leave my family in the car to ask where I could park. We found out that there is no elevator from the parking garage to the lobby, it is stairs to the floor BEFORE the lobby and then elevator to the lobby. If you travel with small children and big suitcases I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. Entering the bedroom, very pretty and modern but the charm disappears when you see the two desk chairs dirty and grimy. The hotel was not full and they gave us a room with a view of the machinery, no big deal But then we see the bathroom and the towels are old and falling apart and the faucet is not fixed and it feels like it will break at any moment. Already asleep we realize that there is a light that DOESN'T STOP FLASHING ALL NIGHT! We complain and they tell us: “it's a motion or fire sensor, it can't be turned off.” APPALLING! We compared it to the family room next to us and they didn't have that but their air conditioning light couldn't be turned off! Even worse. On the second day, we went for a coffee at the lobby restaurant and had two coffees and a juice and an hour later they spoke to me in my room…
