I was traveling from SoCal for work and originally asked if there were blackout curtains in the primary bedroom. They said unfortunately not but when I arrived, they had gone into the bedroom and covered the windows above the French doors with blackout for me. That was such an AMAZING gesture and something they did not have to do! I was thoroughly impressed and will totally book there again in the future. "
