"Only reason I did not give this 5 stars was because the pool was closed. Wish that was disclosed prior to booking the room, kids were disappointed. Staff was great. Breakfast staff was the nicest I have experienced in quite a while. Even though the pancake maker wasnt working the staff came to our table and offered to make them for us in the back on the stove. Super great staff at this hotel."

"Entering the room, we found black mold in the shower. On the floor and shower head. Contacted the desk. Was told someone would clean it. I was not allowed to have cleaner myself. No one came. Day later. No one came. I went and got cleaner from the cart and did it myself. Dirty pants were found in the closet. The hallway floors were covered in dirt and rocks that I was continuously stepping on. No ice bucket. Many broken machines. Holes in the walls. Dirty doors from many hands touching them, inside my room. Breakfast was severely lacking. Front desk was very unhelpful after speaking to the same person over and over. Property manager never contacted me after emails and requests for a call. I’ll never stay here again. "

"This hotel was the perfect spot for a girl’s road trip! The room was perfect and the decorations in the hotel were so cute! The staff at the hotel were so nice, the staff at the restaurant were not as friendly. The location of this hotel was perfect; we were able to walk to downtown. "
