Belvedere is an extremely picturesque apartment, located in the charming resort Poblado Marinero, in a very privileged position, overlooking the glorious bay of Arenal d'en Castel, one of the most exclusive sandy beaches of Menorca, with all amenities close at hand and easily accessible from the island's airport. Belvedere sleeps up to 4 people comfortably, across 2 bedrooms. The apartment is accessed down the stairs and upon arrival, you are greeted with the most stunning views over the sea.
Swimming and BBQ:
The sea can be reached in only a few short minutes from the apartment. Where you can enjoy the earliest morning swim, or late evening as well. The terrace has a coal BBQ for guests to enjoy - perfect for relaxed summers evenings cooking at home and enjoying the terrace and of course, the views.
Inside the Apartment:
This property is Non-Smoking inside. The living areas within Belvedere are open plan. There is a lounge for relaxing and taking some time out of the sun and to cool off with the air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped along with an indoor dining space. The elevated position of this apartment means you can benefit from a cooling breeze throughout the space.
Siesta Time:
The bedrooms consist of a Master bedroom with doors leading onto the terrace and a second twin rooms. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and large hanging wardrobes. There is a good-sized family bathroom, with large shower. All linen, shower towels and beach towels are provided upon arrival.
When you arrive:
Belvedere is positioned down approximately 50 steps. This needs to be considered if travelling with less mobile guests, or small children. There is plenty of off-street parking in Arenal, but it can get busy in peak season.

Location and Features:
All the amenities (such as bars, restaurants, children’s play areas, cafes, etc) of this popular resort are an easy 10-minute walk, including pedestrian access to the resort’s beach. The airport is a quick 25 minute car journey away, along with the beautiful and historic capital, Mahon. The apartment is unique, with a fresh interior. It comes fully equipped, as well as air conditioning in the lounge and ceiling fans in both the bedrooms and FREE WIFI. Children are very welcome and a travel cot and a highchair are all available at no extra charge.
Exploring?
Want to venture into Mahon or Alaior? There is a daily bus service which runs every hour (apart from siesta time). We do advise hiring a car if you wish to explore the island in more detail. We have plenty of ideas, suggestions, and places to explore, as well as personal recommendations, which you can find in the apartment welcome pack. If you are a seasoned visitor of Menorca, contact us and we will be happy to come up with some alternative suggestions for your visit, should you wish.
We can also help with local car hire services which will give you a personalized service with excellent rates, including fully comprehensive insurance, a friendly representative will meet you at the airport arrivals lounge, to hand over the keys to your car, in order to allow you to enjoy a swift, hassle free, enjoyable start to your holiday. Belvedere comes with a complete manual full of useful information throughout your stay, places of interest, beaches to visit and important numbers to ring.
We require a damages/security deposit, payable prior to arrival (refundable). Our rates include eco-tax costs (2 EUR per day per person over 16 years old) and are based on a weekly rental. For rentals of less than a week, please contact the owner directly.
Belvedere has been hosted by Scott in 2021 (Prop.ID: 10851658), the old listing will remain “active” for a while so new guests can see it including previous reviews. Scott and Charlie have been a great host, but decided to focus their efforts on other activities so the apartment is from now on hosted directly by its owners.
