About this property

Modern apartment in the center of Merano - very quiet location in the exclusive residential area

Our house is located in the center, in the most beautiful district of Merano, in a quiet and green area, in the residential area of ​​Obermais. We are 3 minutes walk from the spa promenade, Tappeinerweg, old town or city center, away. Enough free private parking is right in front of our house. Our spacious and stylish apartments can accommodate 2 - 5 people and have a small hallway with cloakroom, a large, comfortable and modern living room with large seating area, flat screen TV 50 "digital satellite TV, high quality pull-out double sofa bed (spring mattress, 180 * 200 cm) can also be pulled out individually. Very well-equipped kitchenette with ceramic hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher microwave with grill, coffee maker, kettle and crockery.
Spacious bedroom with large double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers and beds and mattresses for anti-allergy sufferers.
The apartments have a large sunny south-facing balcony with table and deck chairs and a very nice view to the old trees in the Mediterranean garden and mountains.
You can leave the car at our free private parking and reach in 3 minutes walk from our Residence Diana, many bakeries, Biogkistel, shops, bar, restaurants. Wednesday is always farmers market on the fountain square.
Very good bus connections in all directions z. B main station of Merano, village Tyrol, Schenna, Passereital etc.

Lovely accommodation in idyllic surroundings

The property is a beautiful old house, purposebuilt as a hotel in the nineteenth century. My apartment was large and airy, with a balcony looking into the garden and the mountains. It was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The house is in easy walking distance of the city Centre, close to bus stations, and also an easy and very pleasant walk to the wonderful Trauttmansdorf gardens.. And the host’s husband drove me to the train station when I was leaving, which I didn’t expect, and really appreciated.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal (3 Wochen) bei Familie Minach in der Residenz Diana und haben uns rund herum total wohl gefühlt. Die Villa ist absolut gepflegt, sauber und liebevoll und modern eingerichtet, zentral in einem Villengebiet gelegen. Unsere Wohnung war neu und hochwertig ausgestattet, die Einrichtungen waren sehr schön und aufeinander abgestimmt, der Balkon war super mit Blick in den Garten und Panorama auf die Berge. Frau und Herr Minach sind äußerst freundlich, nett, hilfsbereit und sehr angenehme Gastgeber. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Ferienwohung in Meran

Wir waren eine Woche im Haus Diana. Unsere Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber, freundlich und komplett eingerichtet. Die Lage ist perfekt - wenige Minuten zum Zentrum und zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Ferienwohung ist dabei auch sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Empfang und die Betreuung durch Familie Minach war ebenso perfekt. Eine rundum ideale und empfehlenswerte Adresse - wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Ein Wohlfühlort in Meran

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in der Residence Diana in Meran verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen, ruhig, aber doch nicht weit vom Zentrum entfernt, ein guter Ausgangsort für Spaziergänge, Stadtbummel oder Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Es ist sehr gepflegt , sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Vom Balkon sieht man in grünende und blühende Gärten. Die Gastgeber sind äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können einen Aufenthalt in der Residence Diana sehr empfehlen.

Meraner Lebensgefühl in der Diana

"Alpin-mediterranes Lebensgefühl" lautet der Werbespruch Merans: Mag diese Beschreibung insbesondere die allgemeine Erfahrung der Gäste nördlich von Brenner und Reschen spiegeln - und selten trifft es eine Eigenwerbung so gut, so verkörpert sich dieses Feeling geradezu bei und während eines Aufenthalts in der "Diana"! Das gut 100-jährige Haus könnte man sich in seiner heutigen, ansprechend sanierten Erscheinung tatsächlich auch am Lido von Venedig denken (nun ja, ein benachbartes Hotel heißt tatsächlich Adria) - von Palmen und vielen anderen Exoten gerahmt, steht es elegant und luftig-licht mitten im alpinen Bilderbuch-Panorama; die perfekte Südausrichtung der Suiten lässt auch in den Wintermonaten keine Sonnenwünsche offen. Völlig frei von Verkehrslärm liegt diese Residence quasi am Obermaiser Kirchsteig, der Teil des malerischen Sissi-Wegs ist, der die Gärten von Schloss Trauttmansdorff mit der Meraner Altstadt verbindet. Gleichwohl kann die Diana problemlos mit dem Auto angefahren werden. Reist man an, wird man schon erwartet und empfangen - auch wenn man etliche Stunden verspätet kommt; da wird mit dem Gepäck umsichtig geholfen, und schon vorher ist die Kommunikation prompt und zuverlässig. Das Entree und das Treppenhaus stehen gleichsam für das Ganze: Hell und gepflegt, einladend und im guten Sinne funktional - z.B. die Treppen gehen sich wie von selbst, hier wusste noch eine Architektur wie man Stufen zu setzen hat - wunderbar ! Doch das Allerbeste an der Diana ist ihr Spirit: Die Eigentümer führen diese kleine Oase selbst - mit sehr viel Engagement, aber ohne jede Aufdringlichkeit; sie lösen das beworbene Meraner "Lebensgefühl" ein - jene schöne Mischung aus tirolscher Liebenswürdigkeit und, wo nötig, südlicher Improvisationsgabe, die immer das konkrete einzelne im Blick hat, sprich die Sonderwünsche der Gäste: Hier finden individuell reisende Menschen ein vorübergehendes Zuhause.

residence Diana

La descrizione contenuta nell'inserzione circa la posizione del residence era accurata e non abbiamo avuto nessuna difficoltà a trovare il posto. Accoglienza ottima e cordialissima di Brigitte. Il residence è davvero molto bello, nuovo e soprattutto molto pulito. La posizione centralissima, a piedi in soli 10 minuti sei in pieno centro di Merano. Sicuramente consiglio questo immobile a chiunque voglia trascorrere un periodo di soggiorno a Merano. Sarà sicuramente tra le mie scelte per le visite future alla città.
