「A lovely and comfy hotel, great restaurant downstairs. Better than the “luxury” Crowne Plaza from across the road, where nothing is working. Will definitely consider staying here again if I am back in Borjomi!」

「　日本で言えば、老舗の温泉ホテルのような感じがした。 　ただし、大浴場はなく無料のサウナとプール、療養施設があった。そのためか長期滞在の中央アジア系と思われる人（団体）が多いように思われた。 　内装、調度品、設備は重厚感のある物が多かった。 　提供された部屋は中庭・プールに面した完全なシングル室で、夏に向けた外装工事中のため窓外は足場が組まれていたのは残念だった。 　朝食は大ホテルらしいビュッフェ式で種類も豊富でオムレツオーター調理もあった。 　立地としては観光中心部からやや外れた住宅街を通った先の高台で、部屋によっては景色が良いと思う。」

「One staff seemed busy when I talked her about check-in. She turned a bit upset and told me I have to wait until 3pm. But my room was ready actually.My point is that she shouldn't depend on her feeling . ※ She strongly told me YOU HAVE TO WAIT! 」

「This is a wonderful property in Borjomi, it's a little out of the way but close enough to get a taxi into town. The hotel was great, very comfortable rooms with great staff, and they have a bidet, a true gem.」

「Host (Sukhan) was the best. Always smiling and helpful. Check-in was quick, excellent breakfast. Clean and spacious rooms. We visited Rabati palace, Green Monastry and Bakuriani, Sukhan arranged for our transport and also coordinated with the drivers on our behalf. We never felt that we are in a different country, it felt like family with love and lot of warmth. Thank you Sukhan for being such a fabulous host, looking forward to coming down again in the future. 「The location is amazing, too many activities near the apartment. Best place to stay with family. However, 1. The hotel has to be renovated urgently. 2. Furniture is old, 3. Towels are mostly torn 4. Bath amenities with the lowest quality 5. SPA doesn't have slippers and enough towels. Note. Special thanks to the reception team (Nika) and friendly housekeeping. 」

「Beautiful new hotel in Bakuriani. Clean large rooms, friendly and helpful staff (excellent English), easy location walkable to many restaurants and shops for snacks if needed. Very nice rooms with great views of the mountain (stayed in #503), parking included. Coffee and water in room was greatly appreciated. Location is a bit hard to find since it’s not on Google Maps yet, but the Google Plus Code (copy and paste into Google Maps) is: QG3H+VP Bakuriani, Georgia. 」

「Mtserlebi Resort is located in a small village that is calm, clean and safe. The resort rooms were very clean and completely equipped with toiletries, coffee pods, hair dryer, bathrobes and towels. There was 24 hr hot water supply. The views from this resort are stunning. They have a small but very informative museum with-in the resort. They have plenty of place to walk, large indoor and outdoor pool, play area for children, open bar and a fire place. Staff were very friendly.」

「the hotel is conveniently located in a walkable area and well designed. the staff is friendly. we ordered the hotel specifically since it had a spa. however, it did not operate in our 2 day stay and we were not informed in advance or during our stay. only when we asked we were told that it's in renovation. we asked if there was any arrangement with another hotel so we can use their facilities as a courtesy. the front desk manager tried to help and updated that we can visit a neighbor hotel sap...
