  • Located in Mer, Centre-Val de Loire, this spacious 145 m² holiday home accommodates up to 10 guests with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, washing machine, Senseo coffee machine, filter coffee maker, and self check-in for added flexibility. Families will find 2 baby beds, a high chair, as well as shared toys and books for children. A child safety gate is installed at the bottom of the stairs.



    Outside, relax in your private garden, make use of the barbecue, a covered terrace, and an open terrace. The enclosed, tree-lined garden provides a peaceful setting to rest or play.



    For parking, there are 6 spaces in the private courtyard, 1 garage space, and street parking. One pet is allowed. Please note: parties are not permitted, smoking is prohibited indoors, and waste sorting is mandatory. Kindly respect the neighborhood and follow the instructions displayed in the house entrance.



    The home is in a quiet residential area. Pool and supermarket are a 5-minute walk away, Loire riverbanks 2 minutes by car, and A10 access in 3 minutes. Chambord Castle is a 10-minute drive, along with many other historic castles. Discover Domino leisure center with sailing, canoeing, paddleboarding, and fishing. Loire à Vélo and Beauval Zoo are nearby. The house stays naturally cool in summer without air conditioning.
