On the other side is the Geeser river basin with a great variety of birds. Next you will find the Mantingerzand, a unique piece of nature with beautiful hiking trails. In the surroundings you will see forests, dolmens, heath with flocks of sheep, old green villages like Meppen, Gees and Alt-Aalden, studios, museums and restaurants. And you want something different?
