Excellent property for the family. Well appointed. Very comfortable beds . Great location for village and lake - easy to walk and cycle. Teenage grandchildren enjoyed morning walk to the bakery. More than enough to do with cycling to Annecy or up the mountain. Easy for water sport on the lake ( we had all our own watercraft). The pool at the house was great for the family and especially for my morning lengths. Great views of the mountains and paragliders.

Annecy lake vacation

Really nice home , new construction with great amenities, and beautiful garden and pool , covered patio, in a nice neighborhood and location , few minutes from lake and beach, and village nearby convenient for basic grocery and bakery shopping... visits to chateau de Menthon or Annecy old town are easy to do and Col de Bluffy or la Clusaz not too far ... we thoroughly enjoyed our stay , great memories for our family

The most agreeable base camp to enjoy Annecy and its surroundings

The house is large and comfortable, ideally located and elegantly decorated. One immediately feels at home and by the end of our stay we were sorry to leave so soon. We highly recommend it to any party that would like to spend time in this beautiful part of France.

Amazing house in fantastic location

We spent several incredible weeks at the house and would highly recommend it. It is modern, really well designed and has everything you could ever need for a perfect holiday. The help and communication from Pauline was great. We look forward to coming back soon!

Great house in an amazing town

We had our extended family stay including children. The house was fantastic. Very well equipped and laid out. The pool area and deck is lovely. The town is gorgeous with its own bakery, cafe etc and the lake is a very short walk. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Villa

Our family group really enjoyed our stay in Menthon Saint Bernard, the area is so nice. The villa is in a great location close to the lake and village, it is extremely well equipped, with a lovely pool, garden and outdoor dining area. Both Pauline and Florence were extremely helpful, I would recommend this villa

Brilliant Stay

We really enjoyed our stay in this villa, the villa is exceptional, it is well equipped and very comfortable. The location is great as you are within walking distance of Menthon Saint Bernard and the lake. We look forward to staying here again.

Wonderful stay!

We had the most wonderful few days in this gorgeous house. The views are incredible and the house was extremely well equipped. It’s also very well placed for lots of activities and restaurants etc and it’s very easy to get the bus around the local area if you don’t have a car. The whole process from booking to checking in and checking out was smooth and straightforward and Pauline was great to deal with, coming back to me so quickly with any queries. I’m already looking at going back to this house with my family! Would highly recommend this beautiful house.

Beautiful modern hse near lake Annecy

Beautiful modern home with pool. 5 mins walk to lake Annecy. Worked for all the family. Some relaxed by pool, others cycled and walked and we all paddle boarded. Annecy town a 30 min bus ride away. Perfect.

Magnifique maison spacieuse et moderne

Maison et cadre exceptionnel

Nous avons passés un merveilleux séjour dans cette magnifique maison. Cadre idyllique et emplacement incroyable (on pouvait difficilement être plus près du lac). Aucun équipement ne manque dans la maison, la piscine est un réel plus dont nous avons su profiter comme il se doit. La communication est très bien passée avec Pauline qui est quelqu’un de très disponible, de même que Florence avec qui nous avons apprécié partager quelques instants lors de l’arrivée et du départ. En conclusion une maison que nous recommandons a 1000% et nous espérons y revenir d’ici quelques temps !

Maison aux prestations exceptionnelles !!

Nous avons eu la chance d'être parmi les premiers à découvrir cette magnifique maison entièrement neuve située dans un cadre idyllique! La vue sur les montagnes, 200m a pied du Lac et de ses activités, le magnifique extérieur avec la piscine chauffée etc....en font un havre de confort et de paix ! Et que dire de l'agencement !! Cosy, décoré avec gout, tout en baies vitrées pour profiter des couleurs et de la luminosité ! Rien ne manque à cette maison pour passer un séjour agréable et reposant! Nous recommandons tous !!

Magnifique!!!!

Que dire... à part que nous recommandons à 200% cette maison... Pauline est d’une gentillesse incroyable... attentive et disponible... elle nous a donné beaucoup d’indications pour des ballades et visites aux alentours de la maison... La maison est à 3 minutes à pied du Lac... dans un quartier extrêmement paisible et calme... vous ne pourrez que tomber amoureux de cette maison qui est d’une propreté exceptionnelle... carrément sur-equipé... la literie très confortable et les salles de bain spacieuses et modernes... ne vous faites pas de soucis si vous avez oublié quelque chose, Pauline pense à tout et vous pourrez toujours vous dépanner dans un tiroir avant de pouvoir faite vos courses dans tous les commerces qui sont à 5 minutes à pieds de la maison... nous reviendrons sûrement cette été pour pouvoir cette fois profiter de la magnifique piscine qui faisait déjà rêver les petits comme les grands... encore un grand merci Pauline
