「Perfect location for attending a downtown wedding. Everything inside the unit was clean and modern. Hallways/stairway leading to the unit were a little shabby and not the cleanest. There are quite a few stairs to reach the unit, but that wasn’t a problem for us. Overall, a great stay. I’d definitely stay again for a downtown Yankton event.」

「I loved the cottage we stayed in. Everything we needed was available. Kitchen appliances and service ware, pots and pans, microwave, toaster oven, stove, etc. A washer and dryer was very convenient.. It was comfortable and adorable. I only had one minor issue that probably won’t affect most people, but I’m highly allergic to scented soaps and fabric softeners, so I had to wash the bed linens with my detergent to be able to sleep on them. 「Really loved this property! Great location at the end of a lane with lots of privacy. We were surrounded by deer and turkeys all weekend. Plenty of beds for families with kids. Cool bunkhouse for the kids. Comfortable sitting areas and a great firepit outside. Highly recommend this property. We will absolutely book again when we are in the area! Great communication from the owners.」
