「Very cute little back house and good location!」

「The place was as advertised. It is a basic room off a larger house. Everything was clean but older house so a little worn. The outdoor space is rough-- but Memphis in August is too hot to really enjoy outside.Location is close to everything and if you are just in town to see the sights this is a convenient place. Bar/local chain restaurant a couple blocks away. The only thing that was odd was the choice of chairs but a Target folding chair sorted that out. 」

「April’s house was wonderful! In a great location and close to everything we needed. The home was spotless and very cute on the inside. It has a very big outdoor corner lot that is completely fenced. I would definitely stay there again and recommend. Thank you April!!!」

「The house was very spacious and clean. We enjoyed having a large area for six of us. Air conditioning worked well so that made our stay comfortable. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms were also a plus. We now have family in the Memphis area, and we would definitely stay here again.」
