"Rooms were clean and nicely layed out with plenty of towels. Property was nice. Pool wasn't open yet. Thursday morning breakfast was good. Friday morning breakfast was poor. Hot food wasn't coming out often enough, coffee ran out, grabage was overflowing. Sadly disappointing after an otherwise nice stay. "

"Room- it was disappointing, especially after $500/night for the room.. to have to pay $6.00 for a bottle of water… That first bottle of water should be complementary… Elvis would be very disappointed. If you are going to leave a “baby size soap” Please provide a soap dish to put it in.. As the Guest House in Graceland is the second most visited landmark in the United States… These small little trivia things could make the difference between a four star/ a five star. "

"No . No. No. Don't go here.. not sure how this dump can be listed as a good place. Front desk staff aggressive and not polite when askling for help.. breakfast was horrible and dirty I'm in a wheelchair and was waiting in line for food and the hot food pans were empty and it took over an half hour to be refilled by the time I got back in the new formed line of people it was scrap's of food left... I never felt so mistreated and looked down at by the workers .. I went to the desk and Said I wasn't able to get breakfast and he said what did I want him to do..I asked to speak to the manager he told me he's out of town for the week.... So disappointed in this hotel....and the way a senior citizen was treated.."
